TrueSelf Games ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our game.

Anonymous Telemetry Data (Optional)

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the game experience. This telemetry is enabled by default but can be disabled in Settings. We collect:

• Game events (chapter starts, choices made, completions)
• Device information (platform, screen size, language)
• Performance metrics (FPS, load times, errors)
• Session duration and frequency

⚠️ Important: This data is completely anonymous. We do NOT collect:

• ❌ Your name, email, or personal information
• ❌ Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID)
• ❌ Location data (GPS coordinates)
• ❌ Contact lists or photos

Save Data (Stored Locally)

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your save data unless you explicitly send it to us (e.g., for bug reports).

Error Reports

When you submit a bug report, we collect error logs, device information, and your description of the issue. This is voluntary and only sent when you click "Send Bug Report".

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Improve game performance and user experience
• Identify and fix bugs
• Understand which features are most popular
• Optimize difficulty and game balance
• Analyze crash reports to improve stability

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymous, aggregated data for analytical purposes.

Third-party services used:

• Google AdMob: For in-game advertising (see their privacy policy)
• App Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play (see their privacy policies)

4. Data Retention

Anonymous telemetry data is stored locally on your device and automatically deleted after 1000 events (oldest data removed first). We do not store this data on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt-out of telemetry: Disable in Settings → Anonymous Telemetry
• Delete your data: Uninstall the game to remove all local data
• Request data export: Contact trueselfgames@gmail.com
• File a complaint: Contact your local data protection authority (EU users)

6. Children's Privacy

This game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by displaying a notice in the game or updating the "Last Updated" date.
